Debra Ross was named assistant vice president, Learning and Organization Development, for BNSF Railway on Jan. 31, 2011. In this capacity, she is responsible for the learning, leadership and organizational development efforts at BNSF; including leadership development, learning governance, talent management, succession planning, performance management, engagement, executive coaching, talent analytics, and assessment processes for hiring and executive development. Prior to joining BNSF, Debra worked in a variety of progressive human resources and learning and organizational development roles at H-E-B Grocery Company, USAA, and Dell Computer Corporation.
